摘要
后现代社会人类精神的非理性、消解性与网络开放的话语权结合,使得视觉文化更具张力。图像叙述铺天盖地,编码者更是“无所不用其极”,随之而来的是人们对道德失范的焦虑、对图像叙述功能的怀疑,以及对视觉审美品质的龃龉。这些“图像叙述”问题,一方面的确存在于社会的每一个“犄角旮旯”,另一方面也是保守者偏激宣扬“科技毁灭人文”的结果。因此,在关注图像叙述问题时,还需挖掘其背后技术、审美、资本共同运作的权力机制,强调图像研究中一直被忽略的重要维度——听觉性在场。力求阐明以往将图像与语言、理性与感性、精英与大众视为“二元对立”的不合理性,并试图为狭隘的图像叙述研究提供些许可资借鉴的思想与路径。
In post-modern society, the irrationality and deconstruction of human spirit is combined with the exoteric discourse power on the Internet, further strengthening the tension of visual culture. As image narration is overwhelming, the coders“pursue this to its brutal end”, resulting in people’s anxieties about moral anomie, doubts about the narration function of images, and discordance with the quality of visual aesthetics.On the one hand, these problems of image narration do exist in every“corner”of society. On the other hand,they are also the results of conservatives’ extreme propaganda that“technology destroys humanity”. Therefore, while paying attention to the problems of image narration, it is also necessary to explore the mechanism of power behind the joint operation of technology, aesthetics and capital, and emphasize the important aspect that has been neglected in image research – the presence of audibility. The paper strives to clarify the irrationality of the“binary oppositions”between image and language, rationality and sensibility, elites and the public,and attempts to provide some ideas and directions for the narrow study of image narration.
