摘要
综述了超分子化学在生物学、药物递送和新材料等方面的研究应用进展。首先,介绍了在生物领域中,超分子主客体结构在可逆控制蛋白质相互作用方面和合成超分子再生生物材料方面的分子策略。其次,总结了药物递送领域中超分子前药的设计策略和创新应用,以及应用环糊精等大环化合物、水凝胶、树枝状大分子聚集体与药物的主客体结合及封装以改善药物递送的应用进展。最后,回顾了超分子化学在刺激-响应型智能超分子材料、聚集诱导发光型超分子新材料方面的设计策略和应用。
Recent advances in applications of supramolecular chemistry in biology, drug delivery, and stimuli-response smart materials were reviewed. First of all, the molecular strategies of supramolecular host-guest structure in reversible control of protein-protein interaction and in synthesis of supramolecular regenerative biomaterials in the field of biology were introduced. Secondly, the design strategy and innovative application of supramolecular prodrugs in the field of drug delivery were summarized. Meanwhile, the design strategies and practical applications of variable hosts such as macrocyclic compounds, hydrogels, and dendrimer aggregates to bind medicine compounds and further to improve the drug delivery were also summarized. Finally, the design strategies and applications of supramolecular chemistry in stimulus-response smart supramolecular materials and aggregation-induced emission supramolecular materials were reviewed.
