摘要
肾细胞癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤, 早期诊断困难, 晚期患者往往预后较差。尽管靶向治疗和免疫治疗作为晚期肾癌的一线用药取得了较好的临床效果, 但仍存在抗肿瘤的低反应率和耐药等诸多问题并对晚期肾癌预后造成一定影响。随着各种实验技术方法的发展和不断运用, 人们在晚期肾癌肿瘤微环境及预后相关因素等方面取得了新的研究进展。本文就晚期肾癌实验研究的最新进展进行综述。
Renal cell carcinoma is a common malignant tumor of urinary system.Advanced renal cell carcinomas often have poor prognosis due to the difficulty of early diagnosis.Although targeted therapy and immunotherapy have achieved good clinical results as the first-line therapy for advanced renal cell carcinoma,there are still many problems such as low anti-tumor response rate and drug resistance,which have a certain impact on the prognosis of advanced renal cell carcinoma.With the development and continuous application of various experimental techniques and methods,new research progress has been made in tumor microenvironent and prognostic factors of advanced renal cell carcinoma.We will overview the latest progress of experimental research on advanced renal cell carcinoma.
