低温环境混合结构壁板热应力分析与验证

Numerical analysis and test of thermal stress of hybrid panel in low temperature

摘要 复合材料蒙皮和金属长桥通过机械连接组成的混台壁板是飞机中的常见结构,由于二种材料的热膨胀系数差异较大,在极端温度环境中或温度梯度较大时,结构将产生较大的热应力。该附加载荷和外部机械载荷产生叠加效应后,对飞机结构强度带来一定影响。本文针对铝合金“Z”型长桥和复合材料蒙皮通过40个螺钉机械连接组成混合壁板结构,通过有限元仿真和试验方法分析该壁板在自由膨胀状态下由于低温环境引起的热应力,为飞机结构强度分析提供参考。结果表明,有限元分析和试验数据具有较好的一致性,螺钉载荷分布规律为“U”型,最大载荷量级约为3500N。 Hybrid panels formed by mechanical connection between composite skinand metal stringer are common structures in aircraft.Because of the widely different thermal expansion coefficient between those two materials,when appear in extreme temperature environment or exist large temperature gradient,the thermal stress will be produced in the hybrid structure.It will affect the structural strength of aircraft when there is a superimposed effect between those additional load and external mechanical load.The hybrid panel,connected by 40 bolts between Z shaped aluminum alloy stringer and composite skin,is taken as the research object.The thermal stress caused by the low temperature of the panel under free expansion is analyzed by finite element simulation and test methods,which provides a reference for aircraft structural strength analysis.The results show that the finite element analysis results consist with the test data well and the distribution of blot load is Utype and the maximum load magnitude is about 3500N.
