摘要
通过盆摘实验评估了有机肥料施用在缓解外源酚酸(香草酸、水杨酸和苯甲酸)对辣椒化感效应的影响。研究结果表明:与单独施用酚酸相比,配施有机肥料可显著提高酚酸类物质的降解,提高辣椒种子的发芽率,明显改变土壤微生物的功能多样性,并增加其对碳水化合物类、氨基酸类和胺类的消耗。
The effect of organic fertilizer application on alleviating the allelopathic effect of Exogenous Phenolic Acids(vanillic acid,salicylic acid and benzoic acid) on pepper was evaluated by pot picking experiment.The results showed that compared with the application of phenolic acid alone,the application of organic fertilizer could significantly improve the degradation of phenolic acids and the germination rate of pepper seeds,significantly change the functional diversity of soil microorganisms and increase their consumption of carbohydrates,amino acids and amines.
