摘要 随着新能源占比不断提升,灵活性已成为衡量电力系统运行的重要指标之一,灵活性资源的合理规划对于高比例新能源接入的新型电力系统可靠运行至关重要。在电力系统规划中,如何准确刻画网络约束下的系统灵活性,并将其纳入优化模型中仍是亟待解决的问题。提出源-荷-储灵活性资源协调规划模型。首先,从节点和系统层面分别量化灵活性需求和考虑网络约束的灵活性供给潜力,并构建反映系统灵活性不足的评价指标。然后,进一步提出各类灵活性约束,并纳入到源-荷-储协调规划模型中,从整体的角度对多类灵活性资源统筹规划。最后,在改进的IEEE39节点系统上进行算例验证,测试结果表明,提出的源-荷-储灵活性资源协调规划模型可以有效地满足系统灵活性需求,并提升新能源消纳。 With the continuous increase in the proportion of new energy sources,flexibility has become one of the important indicators to measure the operation of the power system.The reasonable planning of flexible resources is essential for the reliable operation of the new power system with a high proportion of renewable energy access.In power system planning,how to accurately describe the system flexibility under grid constraints and incorporate it into the optimization model is still an urgent issue to be addressed.This paper proposes a coordinated planning model for the source-load-storage flexibility resource.First,the flexibility requirements and the flexibility supply potential considering grid constraints are quantified from both the node and system levels,and evaluation indicators are constructed to reflect the lack of flexibility of the system.Second,various flexibility constraints are further proposed and incorporated into the source-load-storage planning model,and the multiple types of flexible resources are planned as a whole from an overall perspective.Finally,a verification example is conducted on the improved IEEE39-bus system.The test results show that the source-load-storage flexibility resource coordinated optimization planning model proposed in this paper can effectively meet the needs of system flexibility and improve the consumption of renewable energy.
