县级2000国家坐标系控制网设计与实现

摘要 国内传统的城市平面坐标系均建立于1954北京坐标系或1980西安坐标系参心椭球的基础之上,本文结合嘉鱼县C级GNSS网、二等水准网的建设,介绍了将传统参心、局域的平面坐标系统,改建成能与国家坐标系形成良好联系的三维、地心现代测绘基准体系的一种方法,可为其他地区现代测绘基准体系建设工作提供参考借鉴。 The traditional urban plane coordinate system in China is based on the reference center ellipsoid of Beijing coordinate system 1954 or Xi′an coordinate system 1980.Combined with the construction of C-class GNSS network and second-class leveling network in Jiayu county,the paper has introduced a method of transforming the traditional reference center and local plane coordinate system into a three-dimensional and geocentric modern surveying and mapping datum system which can form a good connection with the national coordinate system.It provides reference and experience for the construction of modern surveying and mapping datum system in other areas.
