松树皮提取物对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Pine Bark Extract on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance,Meat Quality and Antioxidant Capacity of Broilers

摘要 本试验旨在研究松树皮提取物对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和抗氧化能力的影响。试验选取252羽1日龄、健康状态良好的温氏天露黑五肉鸡,采用单因素试验设计随机分成3个组,每组6个重复,每个重复14羽(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,低剂量松树皮提取物组和高剂量松树皮提取物组分别在基础饲粮中添加250和1000 mg/kg松树皮提取物。试验期51 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮添加250 mg/kg松树皮提取物能显著提高肉鸡生长全期平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低腹脂率(P<0.05),显著提高腿肌45 min时pH(P<0.05),显著降低腿肌失水率和丙二醛(MDA)含量以及胸肌的滴水损失(P<0.05);饲粮添加250 mg/kg松树皮提取物能显著提高肉鸡血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和白蛋白(ALB)的含量(P<0.05),并显著降低肝脏中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量(P<0.05);饲粮添加1000 mg/kg松树皮提取物能显著降低肉鸡血清中甘油三酯(TG)含量(P<0.05),并显著提高血清中游离脂肪酸(FFA)、HDL-C和ALB含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,在肉鸡饲粮中添加250 mg/kg松树皮提取物可提高其生长性能,增强机体抗氧化能力,改善脂质代谢和肉品质。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of pine bark extract on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and antioxidant capacity of broilers.A total of 252 healthy Wenshi Tianlu Black Wu broilers of one-day-old were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and14 broilers per replicate(half male and half female)using a single factor experiment design.Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the low-dose pine bark extract group and high-dose pine bark extract group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 250 and 1000 mg/kg pine bark extract,respectively.The experiment lasted for 51 days.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the supplementation of 250 mg/kg pine bark extract significantly increased the average daily gain(P<0.05),significantly decreased the abdominal fat rate(P<0.05),significantly increased the pH of leg muscle at 45 min(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the water loss rate and malondialdehyde(MDA)content of leg muscle as well as the drip loss of breast muscle of broilers(P<0.05);the supplementation of 250 mg/kg pine bark extract significantly increased the contents of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and albumin(ALB)in serum(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the content of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in liver of broilers(P<0.05);the supplementation of 1000 mg/kg pine bark extract significantly decreased the serum triglyceride(TG)content(P<0.05),and significantly increased the serum contents of free fatty acid(FFA),HDL-C and ALB of broilers(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary 250 mg/kg pine bark extract can improve the growth performance,enhance antioxidant capacity,and improve the lipid metabolism and meat quality of broilers.
