摘要
目的:分析羌医药养生验方的用药情况及配伍规律。方法:搜集整理羌医药养生验方,排除有毒有害等药物,运用Microsoft Excel2010建立养生验方的数据库,通过SPSS-Modeler14.1统计软件挖掘药物频次、性味归经、关联规则等方面的规律。结果:从数据库共745个药材或食材中,筛选出药物频次≥3的药材160种,再经过排除,最终留下85味高频药物,排在前五位的分别为生姜(55次,8.58%)、大枣(51次,7.96%)、蜂蜜(34次,5.30%)、山药(23次,3.59%)、党参(22次,3.43%);对性味归经进行统计,四气五味累计频率分别为119次和85次,归经累计频率为217次。统计结果显示,药性多以温和为主,归经多归于肺、脾、胃、肝;在药物配伍方面,得到了3组高频药对,分别为“山药-党参”“生姜-大枣”“党参-黄芪”;运用Apriori算法建立关联规则模型,进一步挖掘不同中药之间的配伍关系,得到7组高频药对。结论:基于数据挖掘羌医药的养生验方,揭示出了有关其药物频次、性味归经、关联规则等方面的初步规律。
Objective:To summarize the features of Qiang Medcine’s applilication in health care and explain the rules in prescriptions.Methods:Collecting and summaring the health preserving prescriptions of Qiang Medicine from the folks,and excluding poisonous and harmful drugs.Using Microsoft Excel 2010 to establish the database of health prescription,and using SPSS-Modeler14.1 statistical software to mine the rules of drug frequency,sexual flavor meridian,association rules,etc.Results:A total of 160 kinds of medicine with drug frequency≥3 were screened from 745 drugs or foods in the database.After exclusion,85 high frequency drugs were reserved,the top five were ginger(55 times,8.58%),chinese date(51 times,7.96%),honey(34 times,5.30%),yam(23 times,3.59%),Dangshen(22 times,3.43%);Statistical analysis showed that the cumulative frequencies of four qi and five flavours were 119 and 85,respectively,and the cumulative frequency of attributive channel was 217;The statistical results showed that the drug property was mainly warm-based,and the channels were mostly attributed to lung,spleen,stomach and liver.In terms of drug compatibility,three groups of high-frequency drug pairs were obtained,which were ’yam→Dangshen’,’ginger→chinese date’ and ’Dangshen→Astragalus membranaceus’;Based on Apriori algorithm to establish association rule model,and the compatibility relationship between different Chinese medicines was further excavated to obtain 7 groups of high frequency drug pairs.Conclusion:Based on data mining to summarize the medication rules of Qiang medicine\s applilication in prescriptions for health care,and the preliminary laws of the frequency of drugs,of property and flavor and meridian distribution and association rules were revealed.
