摘要
目的:进一步提升柳枝药材质量标准。方法:在显微镜下观察柳枝药材粉末显微特征,用薄层色谱法(TLC)对柳枝药材进行鉴别,按照《中国药典》(2020版)四部通则方法,测定样品中的水分、浸出物。结果:显微特征明显易见;薄层鉴别方法专属性强,与对照药材色谱在相同的位置上显相同颜色的斑点;水分含量为8.8%~12.3%,平均值为10.6%;浸出物含量为7.9%~10.2%,平均值为9.01%。结论:拟定水分含量不超过13.0%;浸出物含量不少于7.0%。
Objective:To further improve the quality standards of Salix babylonica L..Methods:Observe the microscopic characteristics of powder of Salix babylonica L.under a microscope,identify Salix babylonica L.by thin layer chromatography(TLC),and determine the moisture in the sample according to the four general rules of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020edition),Extract.Results:The microscopic features are obvious and easy to see;the thin-layer identification method is highly specific,showing spots of the same color on the same position as the chromatogram of the control medicinal material;the moisture content is 8.8%~12.3%,the average value is 10.6%;the extract The content is 7.9%~10.2%,with an average value of 9.01%.Conclusion:The proposed moisture content should not exceed13.0%;the extract content should not be less than 7.0%.
