Objective To study the application effect of laparoscopic knot ligation before hysteroscopic resection of sub-mucosal myoma. Methods 58 patients with submucosal myoma in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were se-lected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hystero-scopic resection, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ligation before hysteroscopic resection. The amount of swelling fluid, intraoperative blood loss, operation time, hospital stay and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and the incidence of complications was compared. Results The operation time and the hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the amount of intraoperative blood loss were sig-nificantly less than those of the control group.Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly higher total effective rate(96.55%vs 75.86%),and a significantly lower complication rate(3.45%vs 20.69%),and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The use of laparoscopic ligation before hysteroscopic electric resection has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of submucosal fibroids, which can shorten the recovery time, reduce the amount of bleeding dur-ing the operation, and improve the prognosis,it is worthy of clinical application.
