摘要
针对煤矿变电站值守系统存在的安全性差、稳定性低、工作量大的问题,新设计的基于视频、图像处理并具有自动反应功能的变电站无人值守系统,增强了变电站系统的安全性、稳定性并减轻调度人员的功能量。该系统采用C++语言完成系统程序编写,通过客户端可实现变电站现场设备视频、图像数据的实时采集和自动反应,当有故障或者预警时,触发广播预警。
In view of the problems of poor safety,low stability and large workload of the on-duty system of coal mine substations,the author designs an unattended substation system based on video and image processing with automatic response functions to enhance the safety and stability of the substation system and reduce the amount of functions of dispatchers,whose program is written in C++language,and can realize real-time collection and automatic response of video and image data of substation field equipment through the client.When there is a fault or warning,a broadcast warning is triggered.
