雨养区和灌溉区不同青饲玉米品种的生产性能及光合特性 被引量:3

Production performance and photosynthetic characteristics of different green-feed corn varieties in rain-fed and irrigated areas

摘要 以雨养区(会宁)和灌溉区(武威)种植的20个青饲玉米(Zea mays)品种为研究对象,分析比较了两个不同水热资源区相同的20个玉米品种乳熟期的生产性能及光合特性,以期筛选适宜各自地区种植的优质饲用玉米品种。结果表明:雨养区,‘豫青贮23’的鲜重和干重最高,‘陇单10号’次之,‘晋单73’最低;灌溉区,‘桂青贮1号’鲜重最高。雨养区,‘金穗715’和‘屯玉168’的株高显著高于‘蜀玉201’(P<0.05),灌溉区则‘豫青贮23’、‘金穗715’和‘北农青贮208’的株高高于其他品种。雨养区‘屯玉168’的茎叶比显著高于其他品种(P<0.05),灌溉区‘金穗715’的茎叶比高于其他品种。‘禾佳源铁研53’在两个地区的单株叶面积均高于其他品种。两个地区均以‘延科288’枯叶数最多,雨养区‘桂青贮1号’枯叶数最少,持绿性最好,灌溉区则‘晋单73’枯叶数最低,其次为‘蜀玉201’。从光合生理特性看,雨养区‘北农青贮208’的叶绿素含量、净光合速率(P_(n))和气孔导度(G_(s)),‘TW268’的蒸腾速率(T_(r))和胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))含量均高于其他品种,灌溉区则‘宁单34号’叶绿素含量、‘桂青贮1号’的T_(r)、‘陇单10号’的P_(n)及‘豫玉22’的Gs均高于其他品种。灰色关联度综合分析表明:雨养区‘桂青贮1号’、‘北农青贮208’、‘豫青贮23’的综合表现较好,适宜在雨养区种植;灌溉区则‘蜀玉201’、‘陇单10号’的综合表现较好,适宜在灌溉区种植。 To screen out high-yield and high-quality forage corn varieties suitable for planting in rain-fed and irrigation areas,20 green-fed corn varieties were planted in both areas,and their production performance and photosynthetic characteristics were analyzed and compared in their mid-milk stage.The results showed that‘Yuqingzhu 23’planted in rain-fed areas had the highest fresh dry weight,followed by‘Longdan No.10’;‘Guiqingzhu No.1’planted in the irrigation area had the highest fresh weight.The heights of‘Jinsui 715’and‘Tunyu 168’grown in rain-fed areas were significantly higher than‘Shuyu 201’(P<0.05).The heights of‘Yuqingzhu 23’,‘Jinsui 715’,and‘Beinongqingzhu 208’in the irrigation area were significantly higher than those of other varieties(P<0.05).The stem-leaf ratio of‘Tunyu 168’in the rain-fed area was significantly higher than that of other corn varieties(P<0.05).In contrast,the stem-leaf ratio of‘Jinsui 715’showed a higher stem-leaf ratio in the irrigation area.In contrast,‘Hejiayuantieyan 53’showed the highest leaf area per plant in the two areas,especially in the irrigation area.‘Yanke 288’had the highest number of dead leaves in the two areas,while‘Guiqingzhu No.1’had the least number of dead leaves,especially in rain-fed areas,and thus had the best green retention;‘Jindan 73’in the irrigation area had the lowest number of dead leaves,followed by‘Shuyu 201’.In terms of photosynthetic physiological characteristics,the contents of chlorophyll,P_(n) and G_(s) of‘Beinongqingzhu 208’,T_(r) and C_(i) of‘TW268’in rain-fed areas were significantly higher than those of the other varieties(P<0.05).The chlorophyll content of‘Ningdan No.34’,T_(r) of‘Guiqingzhu No.1’,P_(n) of‘Longdan No.10’,and G_(s) of‘Yuyu 22’in the irrigation area were significantly higher than those of the other varieties(P<0.05).Comprehensive analysis of grey correlation degree showed that‘Guiqingzhu No.1’,‘Beinongqingzhu 208’and‘Yuqingzhu 23’in th
