摘要
仓储物流是现代货品流通过程中的重要环节。为了提高室内仓储作业的效率、准确性及安全性,尤其需要对仓库内的资源(人员、货物、车辆、设备)实施高精度的定位管控。文章基于超宽带技术,对室内动态资源的定位精度进行了试验研究。通过测量资源的空间坐标,定位时间和运动轨迹,分析不同运动速度、标签密度、信号传播条件对资源定位精度的影响。结果表明:超宽带技术可以实现10cm以内的动态资源定位精度;适当增加速度可以有效提高资源定位的准确性;定位标签密度过高及非视距传播均会造成严重的定位误差。研究结果为超宽带技术在仓储物流动态资源定位中的应用提供参考依据。
Storage logistics is an important link in the process of modern goods flow. In order to improve the efficiency, accuracy and security of indoor storage operations, it is especially necessary to implement highly accurate location monitoring of resources(personnel, goods, vehicles and equipment) in the warehouse. In this paper, the location accuracy of indoor dynamic resources was experimentally investigated based on the UWB technique. The effects of different speeds of motion, number of tags, signal propagation conditions on the precision of resource location were analyzed by measuring the spatial coordinates, location time, and trajectory of the resource. The results showed that the UWB technique can achieve within 10cm for dynamic resource location accuracy;proper increase of speed can effectively improve positioning accuracy;significant positioning errors result from both excessive positioning tag density and no visual propagation. The results provide a reference basis for the suitability of UWB technology for indoor dynamic resource location.
