摘要
文章立足应用研究,在现状分析、经验借鉴的基础上,针对上海城市有机更新过程中存在的住房供给不足、居住功能保护不到位、绿色低碳理念难落实等问题,提出增加住房供给、关注原住民需求及落实双碳战略三大导向,以期为上海进一步深化城市有机更新提供思路,也为全国其他城市提供有价值的模式参考。
Based on the application research and the current situation analysis and experience learning,aiming at the problems existing in the process of organic urban renewal in Shanghai,such as insufficient housing supply,inadequate protection of residential function and difficult implementation of green and low-carbon concept,this paper puts forward three orientations:increasing housings,focusing on the needs of indigenous people and implementing the dual-carbon strategy,to provide ideas for further deepening the urban organic renewal in Shanghai and valuable model reference for other cities in China.
