摘要 基于有限元仿真软件COMSOL对某电磁阀的电磁铁进行仿真计算,得到了电磁铁磁场分布情况和磁感应强度分布情况,并对电磁力进行积分计算和对比。在磁路中磁感线密度较大,在其余位置存在少量的漏磁。磁感应强度在静铁芯与动铁芯较大,磁感应强度最大值在动铁芯中心处为0.93 T。该电磁铁的电磁吸力为8.8 N,电磁铁的漏磁系数为1.60。该研究对电磁阀的设计和研发具有一定的参考价值。 Based on the finite element simulation software COMSOL,the electromagnet of a solenoid valve is simulated and calculated,the magnetic field distribution and magnetic induction intensity distribution of the electromagnet are obtained,and the electromagnetic force is integrated and compared.In the magnetic circuit,the density of magnetic field lines is relatively large,and there is a small amount of magnetic flux leakage in other positions.The magnetic induction intensity is larger in the static iron core and the moving iron core,and the maximum value of the magnetic induction intensity is 0.93T at the center of the moving iron core.The electromagnetic attraction force of the electromagnet is 8.8N,and the leakage coefficient of the electromagnet is 1.60.This research has certain reference value for the design and development of solenoid valve.
