摘要
目的 分析肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦钾片治疗慢性肾炎的临床效果。方法 90例慢性肾炎患者,数字表随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予患者氯沙坦钾片治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用肾炎康复片治疗。观察两组患者不同方案治疗前后24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、血清尿素氮水平,总有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组患者24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、血清尿素氮水平分别为(0.61±0.12)g、(83.9±19.1)μmol/L、(5.42±1.07)mmol/L均低于治疗前的(1.63±0.81)g、(115.7±17.9)μmol/L、(6.19±1.11)mmol/L;对照组患者24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、血清尿素氮水平分别为(0.94±0.71)g、(87.6±18.9)μmol/L、(5.23±1.10)mmol/L均低于治疗前的(1.62±0.79)g、(114.9±18.4)μmol/L、(6.18±1.12)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组24 h尿蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血肌酐和血清尿素氮组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组临床总有效率95.6%高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组均为8.9%(4/45),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 肾炎康复片联合氯沙坦钾片治疗慢性肾炎疗效确切,可减少24 h尿蛋白,总有效率高,且临床不良反应少,安全性高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with losartan potassium tablets on chronic nephritis.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets,while the observation group was treated with Shenyan Kangfu tablets on the basis of the control group.The 24-h urinary protein,serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen levels before and after treatment,the total effective rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of 24-h urinary protein,serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen in observation group were(0.61±0.12)g,(83.9±19.1)μmol/L,and(5.42±1.07)mmol/L,which were lower than(1.63±0.81)g,(115.7±17.9)μmol/L,and(6.19±1.11)mmol/L before treatment;the 24-h urinary protein,serum creatinine,and serum urea nitrogen in the control group were(0.94±0.71)g,(87.6±18.9)μmol/L,and(5.23±1.10)mmol/L,which were lower than(1.62±0.79)g,(114.9±18.4)μmol/L,and(6.18±1.12)mmol/L before treatment;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-h urinary protein in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen between the two groups(P>0.05).The total clinical effective rate 95.6%of the observation group was higher than 80.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were both 8.9%(4/45),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with losartan potassium has a definite effect on the treatment of chronic nephritis,and can reduce the 24-h urinary protein.It has high total effective rate,fewer clinical
