摘要
目的:检验不同形式干预对青少年参与校内课外身体活动的有效性和持续性的影响效果。方法:基于社会生态模型个体子系统,以学校为载体,以13~15岁青少年为研究对象;随机选取杭州市某初中一年级三个自然教学班分别作为综合干预组(信息型干预+行为型干预)、普通干预组(信息型干预)和对照组(不施加任何影响);采用准实验不等同比较组前后测设计,以信息型干预和行为型干预为方式;使用纸质散页,进行了为期8周的实验和4周追踪。结果:3×2重复测量方差分析显示,身体活动持续时间的交互效应非常显著[F_((2,92))=5.05,p<0.01,η^(2)_(p)=0.10],而身体活动量的变化不具有统计学意义[F_((2,92))=2.05,p>0.05,η^(2)_(p)=0.04],干预效果部分有效。3×3重复测量方差分析显示,身体活动持续时间的交互效应非常显著[F_((4,92))=4.55,p<0.01,η^(2)_(p)=0.09],身体活动量的变化同样不具有统计学意义[F_((4,92))=1.07,p>0.05,η^(2)_(p)=0.02],部分验证了干预效果的持续性。结论:综合干预组身体活动持续时间干预效果优于普通干预组和对照组。后续需优化实验设计,增加影响因素,进一步检验综合干预的有效性和持续性。
Objective:To test the effectiveness and sustainability of different type of intervention on adolescents’participation in extracurricular physical activity in school.Methods:Based on the intrapersonal factors of the social ecological model,taking school as the carrier and teenagers aged 13~15 as object.Three natural teaching classes in the first grade of a junior middle school in Hangzhou were randomly selected as the comprehensive intervention group(informational intervention+behavioral intervention),the general intervention group(informational intervention)and the control group(without any influence);the pre-test and post-test design of quasi experimental unequal comparison group was adopted,with information-based intervention and behavior-based intervention as the methods;using printed leaflets and carrying out an 8-week intervention experiment and a 4-week follow-up.Results:3×2 repeated measure analysis of variance showed that significant interaction effects favoring the intervention groups were observed for PA duration[F_((2,92))=5.05,p<0.01,η^(2)_(p)=0.10],while the amount of physical activity was not significant[F_((2,92))=2.05,p>0.05,η^(2)_(p)=0.04],and the intervention was partially effective.3×3 repeated measurement analysis of variance showed the same interaction effects for the intervention groups’PA duration[F_((4,92))=4.55,p<0.01,η^(2)_(p)=0.09],while the change in physical activity amount was not statistically significant[F_((4,92))=1.07,p>0.05,η^(2)_(p)=0.02],which partially verified the sustainability of the intervention effect.Conclusion:The intervention effect of physical activity duration in the comprehensive intervention group was better than that in the single intervention group and the control group.Follow-up study need to optimize experimental design and combine the multi-level factors of the social ecological model to further test the effectiveness and sustainability of the comprehensive intervention.
