多孔再生混凝土改性研究

摘要 为研究粉煤灰对多孔再生混凝土的改性作用,以再生骨料(粒径4.75~9.5mm)、不同掺率(0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%)的粉煤灰制备多孔再生混凝土,试验结果表明,粉煤灰的掺入可以改善多孔混凝土内部的微孔隙结构,显著提高其强度性能;随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,孔隙率和透水性能逐渐下降,但均能满足相关规范要求。建议粉煤灰等量替代水泥时,掺率为15%左右,改性效果显著。 In order to study the modification effect of fly ash on porous recycled concrete,porous recycled concrete was prepared with recycled aggregate(particle size 4.75~9.5mm)and fly ash with different mixing rates(0,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%),the test results show that the addition of fly ash can improve the internal micropore structure of porous concrete and significantly improve its strength performance;With the increase of fly ash content,the porosity and water permeability decreased gradually,but both can meet the requirements of relevant specifications.It is suggested that when fly ash replaces cement in the same amount,the mixing rate is about 15%,and the modification effect is remarkable.
