摘要
目的:观察血清D-二聚体(D-D)、降钙素原(PCT)水平与脓毒症病情程度的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年5月该院收治的70例脓毒症患者和40名健康体检者的临床资料。健康体检者为对照组(n=40),脓毒症患者为观察组(n=70),并按照脓毒症的相关诊断标标准,将观察组70例脓毒症患者分为轻度组31例、重度组22例及休克组17例。检测脓毒症患者和健康体检者的血清D-D、PCT水平,并经Kendall’s tau-b相关性分析分析D-D、PCT水平与脓毒症病情程度的相关性。结果:70例脓毒症患者中,轻度组31例,占比44.29%,重度组22例,占比31.43%,休克组17例,占比24.29%。观察组血清D-D、PCT水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);休克组血清D-D、PCT水平高于轻度组、重度组,且重度组高于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Kendall’s tau-b相关性分析结果显示,血清D-D、PCT水平与脓毒症病情程度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清D-D、PCT水平与脓毒症病情程度呈正相关。
Objective: To observe correlations among serum D-dimer(D-D) and procalcitonin(PCT) levels and severity of sepsis.Methods: The clinical data of 70 sepsis patients and 40 healthy subjects for the health examination admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The healthy subjects were set as control group(n=40), while the patients with sepsis were used as observation group(n=70). According to the relevant diagnostic criteria of sepsis, the 70 patients with sepsis in the observation group were divided into mild group(31 cases), severe group(22 cases) and shock group(17 cases). The serum D-D and PCT levels were detected in the sepsis patients and the healthy subjects. Kendall’s tau-b correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations among the D-D and PCT levels and the severity of sepsis. Results: Among the 70 patients with sepsis, 31 cases were in the mild group, accounting for 44.29%;22 cases were in the severe group, accounting for 31.43%;and 17 cases were in the shock group, accounting for 24.29%. The levels of serum D-D and PCT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum D-D and PCT in the shock group were higher than those in the mild group and the severe group;those of the severe group were higher than those in the mild group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Kendall’s tau-b correlation analysis showed that the serum D-D and PCT levels were positively correlated with the severity of sepsis(r>0, P<0.05). Conclusions: The serum D-D and PCT levels are positively correlated with the severity of sepsis.
