摘要
随着污泥产量的与日俱增,污泥处置问题正在得到越来越多的关注。“连续深度脱水+低温干化”污泥处理工艺具有能耗适中、运行成本低、安全性高等优点,发展前景广阔。研究以河南省郑州市某城镇生活污水处理厂污泥处理单元为例,详细介绍其系统组成、工艺流程、系统设计以及运行性能与运行成本等,探讨该工艺在污泥处置项目上应用的适用性。结果表明,该工艺能够将污泥含水率由98%直接降低至30%以下,且运行成本低,适用于污水处理厂污泥的就地分散处理处置。该工艺将为污泥处理行业提供重要参考和依据。
With the increasing production of sludge,sludge disposal is getting more and more attention.Continuous deep dewatering coupled with low-temperature drying sludge treatment process,which has the advantages of moderate energy consumption,low operation cost and high safety,has broad development prospects.This study took the sludge treatment unit of an urban sewage treatment plant in Zhengzhou,Henan Province as an example,to introduce its system composition,process flow,system design,operation performance and operation cost in detail,and also to discusse the applicability of this process in sludge treatment projects.The results showed that this process could directly reduce the moisture content of sludge from 98%to below 30%,and the operation cost is low,which was suitable for on-site decentralized treatment and disposal of sludge in sewage treatment plants.This process will provide an important reference and basis for sludge treatment industry.
