摘要
用过氧化氢改性壳聚糖作为吸附材料,对Pb^(2+)进行吸附性能研究,采用紫外分光光度法,用二甲酚橙作为显色剂、六亚甲基四胺作为缓冲溶液,在最大吸收峰波长580 nm下测定吸光度并绘制铅离子标准曲线。初步探讨了pH值、吸附剂用量、温度、时间和初始浓度等因素对Pb^(2+)吸附率的影响,最后通过四因素三水平的正交实验确定出最佳吸附工艺条件。结果表明,最佳吸附工艺:50 mL初始质量浓度为110 mg/L的Pb^(2+)溶液、pH值为1、30℃吸附30 min时,40 mg改性壳聚糖用量对Pb^(2+)的吸附率可达45.66%。
In this study,hydrogen peroxide modified chitosan was used as the adsorption material to study the adsorption performance of Pb^(2+).UV spectrophotometry was used,xylenol orange was used as the color developing agent and hexamethylenetetramine was used as the buffer solution.The absorbance was measured at the maximum absorption peak wavelength of 580 nm and the standard curve of lead ion was drawn.The influence of pH value,adsorbent dosage,temperature,time and initial concentration on the adsorption rate of Pb^(2+)was preliminarily discussed.Finally,the optimum adsorption conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment of four factors and three levels.The results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions were as follows:50 mL Pb^(2+)solution with initial concentration of 110 mg/L,pH value of 1,adsorption at 30℃for 30 min,the adsorption rate of Pb^(2+)with the dosage of 40 mg modified chitosan reached 45.66%.
