摘要
分析了某石化4000万t炼化一体化项目配套的原油库至项目现场的输油管道工程中原油长输泵的故障情况,根据故障特征并结合泵出口管线结构进行了分析,阐明了产生故障的主要原因是管线上的阀门安装位置不合适以及泵的压头过高导致的流体激振。经过对泵的叶轮进行切削,以及对管线上的阀门安装位置进行调整,机泵和管线的振动大幅降低,噪音降低至正常,解决了原油长输泵的故障,延长了泵的使用寿命。
Analyzed some 40 million tons of petrochemical refinery project form a complete set of crude to the site of the project of long distance crude oil pipeline engineering of pump failure condition,according to the fault characteristics and combined with the pump outlet line structure was analyzed,and illuminates the failure is the main reason of the pipeline valve installation position is not right and the head of the pump fluid vibration caused by too high.Cutting through the pump impeller,and to adjust valve installation position on the pipeline,the vibration of the pump and pipeline greatly reduced,noise is reduced to normal,solved the long distance crude oil pump failure,prolong the service life of the pump.
