摘要
污水处理厂运行初期往往存在污水类型单一、C/N失衡、低负荷等情况,易导致污泥老化解絮、出水总氮超标等问题。江西某经济开发区配套污水处理厂结合实际需求,采用曝气控制、回流控制、碳源投加等工艺调控方式进行调试,于一周内完成出水稳定达标。项目后期阶段,随着入驻企业增加和管网完善,该污水处理厂逐渐达到满负荷运行水平。本文分析了该污水处理厂低负荷下C/N失衡的工艺调控方式,以期为类似项目提供参考。
In the early stage of operation of sewage treatment plants,there are often problems such as single sewage type,C/N imbalance,and low load,which can easily lead to problems such as sludge aging and flocculation,and effluent total nitrogen exceeding the standard.Combining with the actual needs,the supporting sewage treatment plant in an economic development zone in Jiangxi adopts process control methods such as aeration control,reflux control,and carbon source addition for debugging,and the effluent stably reaches the standard within one week.In the later stage of the project,with the increase of resident enterprises and the improvement of the pipeline network,the sewage treatment plant gradually reaches the level of full-load operation.This paper analyzes the process control method of C/N imbalance under low load in the sewage treatment plant,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
