摘要
开展城市排水工程系统化治理研究,实施城市雨污合流管网改造,补齐市政排水基础设施短板,对解决城市内涝、消除黑臭水体、提升水环境质量具有重要意义。本文以高密市为例,设计中心城区雨污分流及内涝治理方案,以推进雨污合流管网改造、污水处理厂改造和内涝治理,解决溢流污染、内涝灾害等问题。
Carrying out research on the systematic treatment of urban drainage projects,implementing the transformation of urban rainwater and sewage combined pipe network,and making up for the shortcomings of municipal drainage infrastructure are of great significance to solving urban waterlogging,eliminating black and odorous water bodies,and improving the quality of the water environment.Taking Gaomi City as an example,this paper designs a rainwater and sewage diversion and waterlogging control scheme in the central urban area,so as to promote the renovation of the rainwater and sewage combined pipe network,the renovation of the sewage treatment plant and the waterlogging control,and solve the problems of overflow pollution and waterlogging disasters.
