摘要
国土综合整治与生态修复是“十四五”时期我国经济社会发展的客观要求,也是国土空间开发保护与生态环境改善行动的侧重点。面对复杂的形势,各地要结合本地国土资源分布、开发与保护现状,根据生态环境状况,科学应对,精准施策,确保目标顺利完成。本文首先论述了国土综合整治与生态修复的重要性,然后分析当前面临的挑战,最后提出国土综合整治与生态修复的优化策略,旨在为相关实践的开展提供参考。
Comprehensive land remediation and ecological restoration are the objective requirements of China’s economic and social development during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,and are also the focus of actions for land space development and protection and ecological environment improvement.Faced with the complex situation,all localities should take into account the status quo of the distribution,development and protection of local land resources,respond scientifically and implement precise policies according to the ecological environment to ensure the successful completion of the goals.This paper first discusses the importance of comprehensive land remediation and ecological restoration,then analyzes the current challenges,and finally proposes an optimization strategy for comprehensive land remediation and ecological restoration,aiming to provide a reference for the development of related practices.
