摘要
为了满足衡阳市蒸湘区医药物资的需求,本方案确定配送中心与配送需求点之间的位置关系,构建以时间最小化为目的的函数模型,应用遗传算法得出最佳路径对其进行配送,保障了物资的供应,实现了应急资源的有效配置。
In order to meet the demand for medical supplies in Zhengxiang District of Hengyang City,the scheme determines the location relationship between distribution center and demand sides,builds the function model with the purpose of time minimization,and uses genetic algorithm to get the best path for distribution,so as to ensure the supply of supplies and realize the effective allocation of emergency resources.
