摘要
目的观察中药海螵蛸对乙醇诱导大鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法将40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、海螵蛸500、1500 mg·kg^(-1)两个剂量组,每组10只。使用药物预处理7 d后,除正常对照组外,其余各组给予无水乙醇灌胃诱导急性胃黏膜损伤。观察胃黏膜损伤情况,计算胃黏膜损伤指数、损伤抑制率,测定胃黏膜损伤面积。结果与模型组相比,海螵蛸500、1500 mg·kg^(-1)两个剂量组均可减轻大鼠胃黏膜损伤程度,显著降低胃黏膜的损伤指数,提高损伤抑制率、缩小胃黏膜损伤面积,1500 mg·kg^(-1)作用更明显。结论中药海螵蛸对乙醇所致大鼠胃黏膜损伤具有明显的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of cuttlebone on ethanol-induced gastric mucosal injury in rats.Methods Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,cuttlebone low-dose group(500 mg·kg^(-1))and high-dose group(1500 mg·kg^(-1)),with 10 rats in each group.After 7 days of drug pretreatment,all groups except normal control group were given anhydrous ethanol intragastric administration to induce acute gastric mucosal injury.The gastric mucosa injury was observed,the gastric mucosa injury index and injury inhibition rate were calculated,and the gastric mucosa injury area was determined.Results Compared with model group,high dose(1500 mg·kg^(-1))and low dose(500 mg·kg^(-1))ootheca mantidis groups can reduce the gastric mucosa injury degree,significantly reduce the gastric mucosa injury index,improve the injury inhibition rate and reduce the gastric mucosa injury area,especially the high dose group.Conclusion Cuttlebone has obvious protective effect on gastric mucosa injury induced by ethanol in rats.
