佛山地区明清时期饮食文化史料的特点及内涵 被引量:1

Characteristics and Connotations of Historical Documents on Food Culture in Foshan During the Ming and Qing Dynasties

摘要 明清时期,随着佛山地区建制的形成,区域经济、文化进入蓬勃发展时期,地方文献倍增。同时,饮食文化生活更多地进入著述者的视野,从而涌现出大量记载。相关史料不仅数量多、范围广,内容也不断得到扩充和丰富。这些史料记录了当时佛山的饮食特点,反映了佛山的社会史和经济史,还体现了本地文人乡土意识萌发和演变的过程。他们关注并饱含感情地记录地方知识,对家乡充满热爱。他们对前人记载并非全盘接受,而是结合自身认知,经过思考进行补充和阐释,发出更为自信的声音。此外,史料中流露出本乡本邑的区域意识,也能窥见不同层次的地缘群体认同,以及因经济发展不平衡等因素而导致的相互竞争关系。 During the Ming and Qing dynasties,with the foundation of the administrative system at Foshan,the economy and culture of Foshan thrived,and the number of historical documents also increased significantly.Writers of this period also paid more attention to food culture and left many writings.Rich and vivid,these documents are numerous and wide-ranging.They record the characteristics of Foshan’s diet at that time and reflect the social and economic history of Foshan and the process of the germination and development of the local literati’s local consciousness.These writers did not fully accept the previous records;instead,they combined their own experience,understanding,and interpretation and wrote with more confidence.At the same time,these documents also reveal some local sentiments,which indicate the local awareness of people from different classes and the subtle competitive relationships caused by unbalanced economic development among different areas.
