摘要
目的:研究心肌梗塞后心绞痛患者采用中药益气通脉汤进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择在衡阳市中医医院接受药物治疗的心肌梗塞后心绞痛患者100例,根据用药方案的差异将其分成对照组和治疗组,采用常规西药进行治疗的50例患者为对照组,常规西药基础上加用中药益气通脉汤进行治疗的50例患者为治疗组。比较两组患者治疗前后心功能、心电图相关指标水平、生活质量评分、药物治疗总有效率、药物不良反应、心绞痛症状消失时间、心电图表现复常时间、住院总时间。结果:治疗组患者治疗后心功能、心电图相关指标水平、生活质量评分的改善幅度大于对照组,P <0.05;治疗组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,P <0.05;治疗组中出现药物不良反应的病例数显著少于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组患者心绞痛症状消失时间、心电图表现复常时间、住院总时间短于对照组,P <0.05。结论:心肌梗塞后心绞痛患者采用中药益气通脉汤进行治疗,能够减少药物不良反应,改善患者的心功能、心电图相关指标、生活质量,缩短患者的心绞痛症状消失、心电图表现复常、住院总时间,使药物治疗总有效率提高。
Objective:To study clinical effects of the Yiqi Tongmai decoction(益气通脉汤)on angina pectoris after myocardial infarction.Methods:One hundred cases were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to medication regimens.Fifty cases that treated with conventional Western medicines were selected as the control group,and 50 cases that additionally received the Yiqi Tongmai decoction were selected as the treatment group.Results:The amelioration of cardiac function,ECG-related indicator levels,and quality of life scores in the treatment group after treatment was greater than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The cases of adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).The angina pectoris disappeared time,the electrocardiogram returned to normal time,and the total hospital stay were shorter in the treatment group than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Yiqi Tongmai decoction on angina pectoris after myocardial infarction can reduce adverse reactions,ameliorate patients’cardiac function,ECG-related indicators,and quality of life,and shorten the disappearance time of angina pectoris symptoms,the electrocardiogram returned to normal time,and the total hospital stay,so that the total efficiency is increased.
