摘要
本文基于2007-2019年中国19大城市群204个城市的面板数据,采用双重差分法系统评估了城市群一体化发展对区域产业结构的影响。研究发现:城市群一体化不仅提高了区域产业结构高级化和层次化水平,也促进了产业结构趋于合理化,且经过一系列稳健性检验后,该结论仍然成立;城市群一体化通过分类选择效应促进中心城市的产业结构优化,通过技术升级效应、区域分工效应促进外围城市的产业结构升级,且外围城市主要依靠中心城市的带动而发展,其产业升级路径属于一种“依赖型”路径;城市群一体化的影响效应符合距离衰减规律,与中心城市的地理距离、制度距离和产业结构距离越大的外围城市受到的政策效应越小。
Basedon the panel data of 204 cities in China's 19 major urban agglomerations from 2007 to 2019,this paperadopts the DID method to empirically evaluate the impact of the integrated development of urban agglomerations on the regionalindustrial structure.The study finds that the integration of urban agglomeration not only improved the level of advanced and hier-archical regional industrial structure,but also promoted the rationalization of the industrial structure,and afteraseriesof robust-ness tests,the conclusion still holds;the integration of urban agglomeration promote the optimization of the industrial structure ofthecentral city through the sorting and selection mechanism,and promote the industrial structure upgrading of the peripheral cit-ies through the effect of technological upgrading and regional division of labor,the peripheral cities mainly rely on the driving ofthe central city to develop,and their industrial upgrading path is a"dependent"path;the influenceof group integrationconformstothe law of distance decay,and peripheral cities with greater geographic distance,institutional distance and industrial structuredistance from the central city will receive less policy effect.
