摘要
劳动正义是对劳动活动及其关系的正义性检阅,是共同富裕社会实现的必然要求和价值根基。劳动的前提正义、结果正义和过程正义论证了共同富裕社会的合理性、合法性和科学性。共同富裕社会思想在马克思劳动正义理论的浸润下,结合中国特色社会主义发展与实践守正出新,系统回答了百年来党领导中国如何保障社会公平公正、扎实推进共同富裕的问题。新时代,共同富裕社会的实现更应坚持勤劳创新致富、优化生产关系的前提逻辑,落实维护劳动尊严、实现体面劳动的过程逻辑,保障坚持共享发展、改善民生福祉的结果逻辑。
Labor justice is a just review of labor activities and their relations,it’s the inevitable requirement and value foundation for the realization of "Common Prosperity Society".The premise justice,result justice and process justice of labor demonstrate the rationality,legitimacy and scientificity of "Common Prosperity Society".Under the infiltration of Marx’s labor justice theory and combined with the development and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the thought of "Common Prosperity Society" in the new era systematically answers the question of how to ensure social fairness and justice and solidly promote common prosperity in China in the new development stage.In the new era,the realization of "Common Prosperity Society" should adhere to the premise logic of keeping hard word and optimizing production relations,implement the process logic of safeguarding labor dignity and realizing decent work,and ensure the result logic of sharing development and improving people’s well-being.
