摘要
针对小型手持式发动机在耐久试验过程中出现曲轴主轴颈断裂问题,从曲轴材料的金相组织以及曲轴的结构型式、热处理工艺、毛坯加工、强化工艺等方面对曲轴主轴颈断裂原因进行了分析,提出了改进方案。通过优化结构布置和热处理工艺,经过耐久试验验证,有效解决了曲轴主轴颈断裂问题。
This paper shows the fracture problem of the crankshaft main journal in the durability test of small hand-held engine. Some possible failures of crankshaft main journal caused by the metallographic structure of material and structural type, heat treatment technology, blank processing, strengthening technology of crankshaft are analyzed, and the improvement program is put forward. Through optimizing the structure layout and heat treatment process, it has been verified by the durability test that the fracture problem of crankshaft main journal has been solved effectively.
