线损业务场景仿真及故障定位系统的设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 目前电能传输大多应用远距离输电线路。由于部署环境复杂、线路老化等因素影响,线路故障定位效率和精准度都低。为了快速定位故障点恢复供电,通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件分析了各类故障的波形特点,并基于双端D型测距算法进行故障定位。对各类工频故障、雷击故障进行了仿真分析,并详细设计了线损业务场景仿真及故障定位系统,完成了从数据采集、波形分析到故障定位的闭环管理。经过实地部署测试验证定位误差较小,具有较高的实用价值。在识别故障隐患、故障快速排除、线损趋势分析方面发挥了实际效用,为提升供电企业服务质量、避免经济损失规划了可实现的技术方案。 At present,most power transmission lines use long-distance transmission.Due to the complex deployment environment,aging of lines and other factors,the fault location efficiency of lines is slow and the accuracy is low.In order to quickly locate the fault point to restore power,this article through the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software analyzes the waveform characteristics of all kinds of fault,and type D ranging algorithm is used for fault location based on the double end.For all kinds of power frequency fault,simulated lightning failures,we design the line loss in detail.A business scenario simulation and fault location system is constructed for data acquisition,waveform analysis to the fault location of the closed-loop management.It is verified by field deployment test that the positioning error is small and has high practical value.It plays a practical role in the identification of hidden trouble,quick elimination of fault and line loss trend analysis,and plans feasible technical schemes for improving the service quality of power supply enterprises and avoiding economic losses.
