摘要 鸭圆环病毒病是一种重要的免疫抑制性疾病,可引起鸭各免疫器官损伤及淋巴细胞严重减少,大大增加了病原菌混合感染的概率,给养鸭业带来严重的经济损失。鸭圆环病毒基因组为单股环状DNA,主要编码3种蛋白,分别为Rep蛋白、Cap蛋白及与细胞凋亡有关的ORF3蛋白。研究病毒编码蛋白的功能对于病毒致病机制研究及相关疫苗的研制具有重要作用。本文就鸭圆环病毒目前已知编码的蛋白功能进行详细地叙述,以期为鸭圆环病毒病的致病机制研究及防控提供参考。 Duck circovirus disease is an important immunosuppressive disease, which can cause the damage of immune organs and the serious decrease of lymphocytes in ducks, greatly increasing the probability of the mixed infection of pathogenic bacteria, and bringing serious economic loss to the duck industry. The genome of duck circovirus is a single-stranded circular DNA, which mainly contains Rep protein,Cap protein and ORF3 protein related to cell apoptosis. It is very important to study the pathogenic mechanism of virus and the development of vaccine to study the function of coding protein of virus. In this paper, the functions of the identified coding proteins of duck circovirus were described in detail to provide a reference for the study, prevention and control of duck circovirus diseases.
