改性油脂基乙氧基化物与MES复配体系的性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对二元复配体系外观的观察,复配体系的凝固点、乳化性能、润湿性、泡沫和去污性能进行测试,研究了复配体系的性能。结果表明,改性油脂基乙氧基化物(SOE-N-60)可以提高MES在体系中的溶解度,对MES有溶解有促进的效果,并且在活性物含量为60%,SOE-N-60∶MES的质量比大于6∶4时,均可形成均匀透明的体系。SOE-N-60∶MES为6∶4时凝固点为25℃,复配体系的乳化性能与SOE-N-60相近,润湿性能较好。对于去污性能,加入MES后的部分配比样品对JB-03的去污性能优于单一的SOE-N-60。SOE-N-60的加入可以有效降低复配体系的泡沫,此类产品有望应用在低泡浓缩洗涤剂的领域中。 Through the observation of the appearance of the two component compound system,the freezing point,emulsifying property,wettability,foam and detergency performance of the compound system were tested,and the properties of the compound system were studied.The results show that the modified oleyl ethoxylate(SOE-N-60)can improve the solubility of MES in the system,and promote the dissolution of MES.When the content of active substance is 60%,the mass ratio of SOE-N-60∶MES is greater than 6∶4,a uniform and transparent system can be formed.When the content of SOE-N-60∶MES is 6∶4,the freezing point is 25℃.The emulsifying property of the composite system is similar to that of SOE-N-60,and the wetting property is better.For the decontamination performance,the decontamination performance of JB-03 is better than that of SOE-N-60.The addition of SOE-N-60 can effectively reduce the foam of the compound system,which is expected to be applied in the field of low foam concentrate detergent.
