摘要
品牌体系建设是一个系统工程,涉及生产经营、加工流通、标准体系建设、品牌文化内涵等方面,贯穿食用菌产业全过程。云南应构建以区域公用食用菌品牌为主的利益价值共同体,建立多方利益共担共享机制,以助推云南食用菌产业升级发展,增强其在食用菌行业的影响力和竞争力。
Brand system construction is a systematic project,involving production and operation,processing and circulation,standard system construction,brand cultural connotation,etc.Throughout the whole process of edible fungi industry,Yunnan should build a benefit value community dominated by regional public edible fungi brands and establish a multi stakeholder sharing mechanism to promote the upgrading and development of Yunnan edible fungi industry and enhance its influence and competitiveness in edible fungi industry.
