摘要
目的探析泛在学习环境下眼视光从业人员的线上案例学习的意向和需求。方法随机选取2021年9月—2022年2月眼视光行业的232名从业人员为研究对象,使用问卷横断面调查眼视光从业人员线上案例学习的意向和需求。结果眼视光从业人员普遍具有较高的线上案例学习意向(4.17±0.58)分,处于偏上水平;在学习渠道、内容、形式和呈现的调研上,显示出交互性、同伴支持等多元需求。结论泛在学习环境下,眼视光从业人员线上案例学习的意向较强,在眼视光行业培训乃至高等职业教育中积极开展线上案例学习或将助益于眼视光从业人员服务水平的提升。
Objective To explore the intention and demand of online case study of optometry practitioners in a ubiquitous learning environment.Methods A total of 232 practitioners in the optometry industry from September 2021 to February 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects,and a cross-sectional questionnaire was used to investigate the intention and needs of online case study of optometry practitioners.Results Optometry practitioners generally had a high level of online case study intention(4.17±0.58)points,which was at an upper level.In the research of learning channels,content,form and presentation,it showed multiple needs such as interactivity and peer support.Conclusion In the ubiquitous learning environment,optometry practitioners have a strong intention to study online cases.Actively carrying out online case studies in ophthalmology industry training and even higher vocational education may help improve the service level of ophthalmology practitioners.
