大跨度长联公铁两用钢桁梁桥监控研究 被引量:3

摘要 以郑州黄河特大桥(112+6×168+112)m无砟轨道钢混叠合连续钢桁梁桥施工为研究对象,采用数值仿真分析和现场施工控制相结合的方法对悬臂拼装钢桁梁进行监控。首先,采用MIDAS/Civil 2019建立全桥有限元模型,得到钢桁梁理论预拱度和架设过程中杆件理论变形及应力,分析施工监控关键工况杆件受力状态。然后,根据数值仿真分析数据并结合设计院设计需求,确定变形、应力、温度监控测点位置,提出了针对性的监控方法。最后,利用布设的测试仪器对钢桁梁全施工过程进行监控,若发现问题及时调整施工方案。结果表明:整个施工期主桥结构线形、杆件应力、合龙温度满足规范要求。采用数值仿真分析及监控能够有效指导钢桁梁桥施工,保证了大桥施工安全。 Taking the construction of(112 + 6 × 168 + 112)m ballastless track steel-concrete composite continuous steel truss bridge of Zhengzhou Yellow River Bridge as the research object,the cantilever assembled steel truss bridge was monitored by combining numerical simulation analysis and field construction control. Firstly,the finite element model of the whole bridge was established by MIDAS/Civil 2019,the theoretical camber of the steel truss girder and the theoretical deformation and stress of the bar during the erection were obtained,and the stress state of the bar in the key working conditions of the construction monitoring was analyzed. Then,according to the numerical simulation analysis data,combined with the design requirements of the design institute,the position of deformation,stress and temperature monitoring points was determined,and the targeted monitoring method was proposed. Finally,the whole construction process of steel truss girder was monitored by using the laid test instruments. The construction scheme is adjusted in time if problems are found. The results show that the main bridge structure alignment,bar stress and closure temperature meet the specification requirements during the whole construction period. Numerical simulation analysis and monitoring can effectively guide the construction of steel truss bridge and ensure the safety of bridge construction.
