摘要
铁路工程预应力混凝土轨枕存在使用周期短、表面裂纹严重、缺少箍筋等问题。为分析造成上述现象的具体原因,对近6年1 000余份检测报告进行分析,发现疲劳强度和破坏强度、静载抗裂强度、关键尺寸、标识遗漏等检验项目不合格的问题相对集中。通过对轨枕质量共性问题进行分析,结合轨枕监管方式的变化,认为原材料质量、生产工艺控制和技术人员水平是造成轨枕质量不达标的根本原因,提出激励生产企业建立自我约束机制、加大用户批检抽样验收力度和择机启动轨枕认证的质量管理建议。
Prestressed concrete sleepers for railway engineering have problems such as short service life,serious surface cracks,lack of stirrups and so on. In order to analyze the specific causes of the above phenomena,more than1 000 test reports in recent 6 years were analyzed,and it was found that the unqualified items such as fatigue strength and failure strength,static load crack resistance strength,key dimensions,and mark omission were relatively concentrated. By analyzing the common problems of sleeper quality,combined with the changes of sleeper supervision mode,it is considered that the quality of raw materials,production process control and the level of technicians are the fundamental reasons for the unqualified sleeper quality. The quality management suggestions of encouraging production enterprises to establish a self-restraint mechanism,increasing the intensity of user batch inspection and sampling acceptance,and choosing an opportunity to start sleeper certification are put forward.
