摘要
在目前的医学教育环境中,如何进一步提高中医眼科学专业型硕士的培养质量,培养出满足社会需求、适应社会发展的创新型人才,是亟待解决的重要课题。我院眼科组织科室年轻医生、研究生建立经典学习小组,采用TBL教学法进行中医经典教学。通过对科室参与TBL的在读专业型硕士研究生开展问卷调查,我们发现TBL教学法着力调动学生主动性,能提高学生分析和解决问题的能力、培养学生自学能力和终身学习的能力,可较好地适应当今医学教育的需求。
In the current medical education environment,how to further improve the quality of training master of ophthalmology in TCM and cultivate innovative talents to meet social needs and adapt to social development is an urgent and important issue to be solved.We set up a group consisting of the young doctors and postgraduates of the Department to learning classics of TCM by TBL teaching method regularly.A questionnaire survey was conducted among professional postgraduate students who participated in TBL in the department,we found that TBL teaching method focuses on mobilizing students’initiative,improving their ability to analyze and solve problems,and cultivating their self-study ability and lifelong learning ability,which can better meet the needs of medical education today.
