摘要
采用4道次降温轧制方法制备了ZK60镁合金板材,研究了降温轧制对ZK60镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:4道次降温轧制的平均晶粒尺寸约为2.56μm,晶界上有大量的孪晶产生,孪晶界为动态再结晶提供大量的形核位置,这些孪晶组织同时产生加工硬化现象,(0002)基面双峰织构向轧面法线方向“收拢”,降温轧制能有效提升ZK60镁合金的力学性能;4道次降温轧制的合金抗拉强度为330.6 MPa,断后伸长率为16%,硬度值达71.93 HV。
ZK60 magnesium alloy sheet was prepared by 4-pass cooling rolling. The effect of cooling rolling on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZK60 magnesium alloy was studied. The research shows that the average grain size of4-pass cooling rolling is about 2.56 μm. There are a large number of twins on the grain boundary, and the twin boundary provides a large number of nucleation sites for dynamic recrystallization. These twin structures produce work hardening phenomenon at the same time. The bimodal texture of the(0002) base surface is "closed" to the normal direction of the rolling surface. Cooling rolling can effectively improve the mechanical properties of ZK60 magnesium alloy. After 4-pass cooling rolling, the tensile strength hardness and elongation of the alloy reach 330.6 MPa, 71.93HV and 16%, respectively.
