摘要
逆变器中功率器件的高速开关动作会引起严重的电磁干扰(electromagnetic interference,EMI)问题,通常使用EMI滤波器抑制电磁干扰。由于噪声源阻抗和负载阻抗对EMI滤波器的滤波效果有较大影响,为了准确提取逆变器的噪声源阻抗和负载阻抗,文中研究基于高通滤波测试的逆变器端口共模干扰建模方法。发展基于时域波形分析的高通滤波电路设计方法,有效获取高频段电磁噪声频谱的幅值信息和相位信息。建立逆变器输入侧的端口共模干扰等效模型,并提出一种共模源阻抗的求解方法,计算过程中不对噪声源的相位进行约束。通过测试端口共模电压和共模电流,采用优化算法提取逆变器输入侧的共模源阻抗和共模负载阻抗。最后通过实验验证所建立的逆变器端口共模干扰模型。
High-speed switching of power devices in inverter will cause serious electromagnetic interference(EMI),and EMI filters are widely used to suppress EMI.Since the noise source impedance and the load impedance have a great influence on the filtering effect of EMI filter,in order to extract the noise source impedance and the load impedance of inverter accurately,a terminal common-mode(CM)EMI modeling method of inverter based on high-pass filter measurement was studied.A high-pass filter design method based on time-domain waveform analysis was developed,which can effectively obtain the magnitude and the phase of CM voltage spectrum at high frequency band.A terminal CM EMI model of inverter was established.A method for calculating CM noise source impedance was proposed,and the phase of noise source was not constrained during calculation.By measuring terminal CM voltage as well as CM current and using optimization algorithm,the CM noise source impedance and the CM load impedance of inverter were extracted.The established terminal CM EMI model of inverter was validated by experiment.
