摘要
汽车产业是先进科技集群的载体性平台,是国民经济增长的新动能和关键产业升级的源动力,是国家综合国力的集中体现。当前,全球汽车产业正在发生深刻变革,适应技术与产业发展需求的车辆工程人才成为支持产业发展的基础战略支撑。文章梳理了当前汽车产业发展新态势,分析了新时期车辆工程人才培养面临的挑战,并提出对策建议。
Automobile industry serves as a platform on which high-tech integrate,powers the engines of national economy growth and key industrial upgrading,and reflects the comprehensive national strength of a country.Now the global automobile industry is undergoing profound changes.The automotive engineering talents who can adapt to the requirements of technology and industry developments shall provide the fundamental strategic support for industrial developing.This paper combs the new trends in automobile industry,analysis the challenges we are facing while educating automotive engineering talents in the new period,and puts forward corresponding advices.
