摘要
对沙钢5800m^(3)高炉2018-2020年下部调剂参数与风口寿命之间的关系进行了分析,并与国内其他大型高炉风口寿命进行了对比。结果表明:①沙钢5800m^(3)高炉风口破损多见于风口前端面熔蚀;②沙钢5800m^(3)高炉风口寿命随风速、喷煤量、富氧量、鼓风动能的增加而减小,随风口回旋区占比的增加而减小,而国内其他大型高炉的调研结果显示,增加风口回旋区大小有利于风口的长寿;③高炉风口回旋区占比在0.51~0.56时,炉缸活跃性高,风口寿命较长。
According to the parameters of year 2018,2019 and 2020,it is analyzed the relationship between the blasting conditioning parameters and the tuyere life of Shagang^5800 m^(3) BF,and its comparison with other domestic large sized BFs.The analysis result shows that:(1)The damage of the tuyere of Shagang's 5800m^(3) BF is mostly seen as bumout of the front end of the tuyere;(2)The tuyere life of 5800m^(3) BF becomes shorter along with increase of blasting speed,pulverized coal injection amount and oxygen enrichment strength,as well as increase of blast kinetic energy and the size of the raceway.But investigation on other large sized BFs reveals that increase of the tuyere raceway is beneficial to the longer service life of the tuyere;(3)When the tuyere raceway accounts for 0.51 to 0.56,the hearth is more active and the tuyere life is longer.
