摘要
探讨了经多孔丝素蛋白整理后,丝织物对茉莉花精油的吸附性能。测试结果表明:丝素蛋白孔隙率随着丝素蛋白浓度的增加而降低,丝素蛋白质量分数为17.5%时,孔隙率达到最低值13.75%;断裂强度随着丝素蛋白浓度的增加而增加,在丝素蛋白质量分数高于17.5%后趋于稳定。随着丝素蛋白质量分数的增大,经多孔丝素蛋白整理的丝织物表面呈现孔径均匀、微小化和有序化的微孔,且整理并未改变织物的分子结构。多孔丝素蛋白整理提高了丝织物对茉莉花精油的吸附性能,质量分数为18%时丝织物的整理效果最佳,且经多次水洗和磨擦试验后,丝织物依然保持较高的精油含量。
he adsorption of jasmine essential oil of silk fabric treated with porous silk fibroin is investigated. The test results show that the porosity of silk fibroin decreases with the increase of silk fibroin concentration. When the concentration of silk fibroin protein is 17.5%, the porosity can reach the lowest value of 13.75%. The breaking strength increases with the increase of silk fibroin concentration, and becomes stable when the silk fibroin concentration is higher than 17.5%. With the increasing of silk fibroin concentration, the surface of the silk fabric treated with porous silk fibroin shows uniform, miniaturized and ordered micropores, and the molecular structure of the fabric is not changed. Porous silk fibroin finishing can improve the adsorption performance of jasmine essential oil of silk fabrics, and when the mass fraction is 18%, the finishing effect of silk fabric is the best. After many times of washing and rubbing tests, the silk fabric still maintain a high content of essential oil.
