摘要
通过保持整个电网零序网络阻抗值稳定,可确保电网继电保护功能正常,有助于电网安全稳定运行。在实际操作中,为确保零序网络阻抗值稳定,需通过操作厂站主变压器的中性点接地刀闸或将所属母线接地。而且由于绕组接线变压器不同、厂站与厂站间运行方式调整等诸多因素干扰,需对中性点接地方式做相应调整,以满足常规或非常规的继电保护功能正常运转的要求。目前自动化系统缺乏对厂站零序网络阻抗值及中性点接地方式的动态变化监视,无法有效杜绝厂站变压器中性点地刀和接地变误操作带来的风险。为此,在调度自动化系统的图形拓扑功能和实时电网潮流数据获取功能的基础上,设计厂站中性点设备判断逻辑,开发厂站中性点接地变的防误功能,解决了长期以来靠人工监视中性点地刀和接地变错漏操作的问题,确保电网零序网络阻抗值稳定,可抗多种因素干扰,进而保障电网安全稳定运行。
By keeping the impedance value of the zero-sequence network of the entire power grid stable,the normal relay protection function of the power grid can be ensured,which is helpful for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.In actual operation,in order to ensure the stability of the impedance value of the zero-sequence network,it is necessary to operate the neutral grounding switch of the main transformer of the plant or to ground the associated bus.Moreover,due to the interference of many factors such as the different winding connection transformers,the adjustment of the operation mode between the plant and the plant,the neutral grounding method needs to be adjusted accordingly to meet the requirements of the normal operation of conventional or unconventional relay protection functions.At present,the automation system lacks the dynamic change monitoring of the zero sequence network impedance value and neutral point grounding mode of the plant and station,which cannot effectively eliminate the risk caused by the misoperation of the neutral point grounding knife and grounding transformer of the plant and station transformer.Therefore,on the basis of the graphic topology function of the dispatching automation system and the real-time power flow data acquisition function,the judgment logic of the neutral point equipment in the plant and station is designed,and the error prevention function of the neutral point grounding transformer in the plant and station is developed,which solves the problem of manually monitoring the wrong and leakage operation of neutral point grounding knife and grounding transformer for a long time,ensures the stability of the zero sequence network impedance value of the power grid,and can resist the interference of many factors,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
