摘要
结合植物油挥发性成分研究,综述了亚麻籽油中挥发性成分的组成、提取、分析方法,同时对亚麻籽油中挥发性成分的研究方向进行展望,以期为亚麻籽油的品质调控和亚麻籽的精深加工提供支持。
Combined with the study of the volatile components of the plant oil,the composition,extrac-tion and analysis methods of the volatile components of linseed oil were reviewed,and the research direc-tion of the volatile components of linseed oil was prospected,in order to provide support for the quality control of linseed oil and the deep processing of linseed.
