摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,基础设施建设速度大幅加快,建筑混凝土的运输量越来越大,而混凝土搅拌车就是主要的运输工具之一。混凝土搅拌车质量大、质心高,罐体旋转和转向产生的混凝土流动都会使质心发生偏移,行驶时易发生侧翻危险。为研究混凝土搅拌车的抗侧翻稳定性,本文建立了考虑质心偏移的混凝土搅拌车三自由度操纵模型,在Simulink中进行了建模、仿真及分析,最后完成了混凝土搅拌车抗侧翻稳定性道路试验,验证了本文所建立模型的准确性,能为整车研发阶段提供较准确的理论依据和试验参考。
With the rapid development of domestic economy, the speed of infrastructure construction has been greatly accelerated. The transportation volume of construction concrete is increasing, and concrete mixer truck is one of the main transportation tools. The mass of the concrete mixer truck is large and the center of mass is high. The flow of concrete generated by the steering and the rotation of the tank cause the center of mass to shift, and it is prone to the danger of rollover when driving. In order to study the anti-rollover stability of the concrete mixer truck, this paper established a three degree of freedom manipulation model of the concrete mixer truck which considering the shift of the center of mass. Then carrying out modeling, simulation and analysis in Simulink. Finally, completing the anti-rollover stability road test of the concrete mixer truck. It verified the accuracy of the model established in this paper. This paper provides a accurate theoretical basis and test reference for the whole vehicle R&D stage.
