摘要
研究了高铁转向架用SMA490BW钢在不同取样方向和应力比下的疲劳裂纹扩展行为。采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了试样的微观组织和断口形貌。结果表明:T-L方向和L-T方向两种试样的疲劳裂纹扩展速率大致相同;应力比对疲劳裂纹扩展行为的影响显著,高应力比下的裂纹扩展速率高于低应力比下的,且在近门槛值区和快速扩展区的影响尤为显著;低应力比下的疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值ΔK;高于高应力比下的,这主要受裂纹闭合效应和最大应力场强度因子K;的影响。
The fatigue crack propagation behavior of SMA490BW steel for high speed bogie under different sampling orientation and stress ratio was investigated. The microstructure and fracture morphology of the samples were analyzed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicate that the fatigue crack propagation rates of the sample in T-L orientation and L-T orientation is basically the same. However, the stress ratio has remarkable influence on the fatigue crack propagation behavior. The fatigue crack growth rate under higher stress ratio is higher than that under lower stress ratio, which have significant influences on the near-threshold region and rapid growth region. The fatigue crack propagation threshold value ΔK;under low stress ratio is higher than that under high stress ratio, which are mainly influenced by crack closure effect and the maximum stress intensity factor K;.
